Ingredients:

1kg sirloin
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsps rock salt
3 tbsps soy sauce
crushed garlic (1 head) or more
1 tsp pepper

Procedures:

Mix all ingredients for marinade sauce
Marinade sirloin into the sauce for half day or overnight
Put corn oil in beef to tenderize
